In case there comes clichéd ‘fuss and fury’ in the courts of public opinion over President Muhammadu Buhari’s 100 days in office come September, it would be down to the plausible paradox that pundits are overcome by his leadership quality, but confused by his leadership ‘quantity’. In other words, there has been visible acknowledgment to the touch of superiority in PMB’s management style, despite the low publicity of his achievement metrics beyond some agreeable progress pointers (which are evident to critics not because they were purposely released by the regime’s publicists). Hence, the brunt of positive approval rating of PMB’s government owes its rationale to the simple public attitude toward national politics, where facts remain secondary to feelings.

The state is offering prizes of up to $25,000 to Californians in three contests meant to improve transportation, beef up the government’s environmentally sustainable practices and help prevent teenage drinking. “Incentives like this can showcase Californians’ creative solutions to some of the state’s most pressing issues,” said Assemblyman Mike Gatto, D-Los Angeles, who devised what has become the “$25K Find a New Way” contest.
