The FCC postponed its long-awaited spectrum auction until 2016, citing a lawsuit from the National Association of Broadcasters. NAB isn’t taking too kindly to being blamed for the delay. A group of senators wants assurances from U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman that the Trans-Pacific Partnership will protect open data flows across borders.
