Antonio Moneo is Learning and Knowledge Management Senior Associate at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). He is specialized in project management for knowledge exchange and transference in different fields. At IDB he has worked with projects about Climate Change in Latin America and the Caribbean and, before moving to Washington, he worked for the London School of Economics as coordinator of various academic programs about International Relations and Security. Currently, he co-leads www.eurasianet.es, a virtual community in Spanish for researchers who share an interest in Eastern Europe.
