Pacific Control Systems (PCS), a Dubai-headquartered information and communications technology (ICT) provider, has announced the establishment of the Center of Excellence for Government Digital Services and Lifestyle. The centre was set up with the objective to partner with governments and other stakeholders to facilitate adoption of digital technologies to revolutionise the way people, businesses and governments interact, said a statement from PCS.
