Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS) launch is delayed until April, Cabinet Office updates spend figures to end of 2015 and Bristol issues £11m tender for ticketing solution The launch of the new Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS) service on the Digital Marketplace has been pushed back until mid-April after initially being scheduled to go live later this month. The agreement, set to replace the second Digital Services framework (DSF2), entered a standstill period last week after successful suppliers were presented with an intention to award notification on February 18.
