Across the US New Localities Implement Open Data Platforms This week in open data news, Tech Crunch magazine talks about how open data can prevent the next Flint crisis from occurring. California and the town of Framingham, MA decide to implement an open data portal, and the newly published GovTech100 list, featuring Socrata, also made the news.
