Transparency Activist Tim Clemans Cancels Most of His Public Disclosure Requests, Volunteers with Seattle Police Award-winning programmer Tim Clemans is still searching for a way to make a difference in the fight for government transparency. He’s become notorious for filing massive public disclosure requests (PDRs), using the state public records law as a blunt instrument to force state agencies to share more data. But he’s tired of that approach.
