Louisville Metro Government has earned the rank of the second best digital city in the U.S., according to a new survey released by e.Republic’s Center for Digital Government. The annual survey recognizes leading examples of cities that use technology to improve services and boost efficiencies. Philadelphia took the top spot, and Los Angeles tied Louisville for second. Louisville was in the large city category, meaning all cities with 250,000 residents or more.
