VC4Africa said it has offered thousands of innovative entrepreneurs across Africa a platform to present their companies as community and database of ventures continues to grow, the platform is increasingly able to extract meaningful information and identify key trends that span the continent. VC4Africa declared that it has opened access to this data via its API so anyone can use their data on their sites to display the subsets of venture data among others. VC4Africa co-founder, Bill Zimmerman said, “We’re also committed to organising this data and making it more accessible. To that end, we’re excited to announce that our venture data is now open and available to anyone with an interest in exploring it.
