FAIRFAX, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) today announced the plenary session speakers and program agenda for the 25th Annual Executive Leadership Conference (ELC), the premier education and training event in the government information technology (IT) community. This year’s event, themed “Government 2020: Imagine the Possibilities,” brings together more than 850 government and industry leaders to imagine government’s future, address its challenges, overcome uncertainty and inspire innovation.
