MUMBAI: IT services provider Mphasis today announced the launch of HyperGraf for big data analytics, enabling real-time decision making for enterprises.An omni-channel digital 360 solution, HyperGraf is the first Mphasis Next Labs solution. It provides comprehensive, real-time and actionable customer engagement insights across data points spread over multiple customer engagement channels, the company said in a statement.Mphasis Next Labs, launched in March this year, is a strategic initiative to research and innovate on emergent and future paradigms.”There are rapid progressions in technology which is impacting businesses in ways never imagined before…Mphasis Next Labs is an investment in this direction,” Ganesh Ayyar, chief executive officer of Mphasis said.
