今週は 7 日の国際オープン アクセス週、奨学金および研究の新しい規範としてオープン アクセスを推進するグローバル イベントです。機会のためユネスコ IHE 起動そのオープン コースウェア (OCW) プラットフォーム上の新しいコース： 水文モデルのための GIS データの前処理のためのソフトウェア。4 つのすでにアクセス OCW コースに加えて今後数週間で利用できるオープンコースウェアのシリーズの最初のコースです。多くの研究のためのモデルが使用されるかを開発しました。コースのモデリング中にあまり注目されて入力データおよびモデルのために必要なパラメーターの前処理します。多くのオープン ソースのソフトウェアは、この目的のため使用できます。

This week is the 7th International Open Access Week, a global event promoting Open Access as a new norm in scholarship and research. For the occasion UNESCO-IHE launches a new course on its Open Courseware (OCW) platform: Software for Preprocessing GIS Data for Hydrological Models. This course is the first in a series of Open Courseware that will be made available in the coming weeks in addition to the four already accessible OCW courses. For many studies models are used or developed. During modelling courses not much attention is paid to the preprocessing of input data and parameters needed for the models. A lot of open source software is available for this purpose.
