Bob Daigle is a familiar face around Tom Davies Square – perhaps too familiar to some, he acknowledges with a chuckle. The Sudbury man, who runs a home for disabled adults on Mountain Street, has engaged in some well-publicized wrestling matches with the city of Greater Sudbury over access to information. Four years ago, Daigle requested documents from a soil and groundwater report relating to the Sunrise Ridge Development, a new subdivision up the hill which he believed caused flooding at his home and others.
