Uberはロンドンのライダーの匿名化されたデータを全員に公開することにしたが、それに続く英国で運営ライセンスを解放します。

Uberの運動と、誰がロンドンで起きた旅行の1000000匿名データにアクセスできます。人々は、1日の異なる時間帯、曜日、または年の数カ月にわたる過去の走行条件を比較することができます。さらに、街の様々な場所での移動時間は、大規模なイベント、道路閉鎖、およびさらにによってどのように影響されるかを知ることができます。

Uberは2017年の初めにワシントン、ボストン、マニラ、シドニーに運動を導入し、さらに複数の都市を制圧し続けていた。ロンドンは今後数カ月間、マンチェスターやバーミンガムなど他の諸都市に話を聞きます。

ロンドンへのオープンデータの導入は次のUberのドライバーが免許TfLが、乗客にとって明確化することで、そのアプリケーションに変更を加えることができます。

Uber has decided to open up the anonymised data of its London riders to everyone, as it continues in its bid to reclaim its operating license in the UK capital. With Uber Movement, anybody can access the anonymised data from the millions of trips that have taken place in London. People are able to compare past travel conditions across different times of day, days of the week, or months of the year. Furthermore, the tool can show how journey times in different parts of the city are affected by major events, road closures, and more.
