ニューデリー: すべての 100 の腐敗の中で症例登録調査機関は約 19 終わった被告人の有罪判決の自主的なグループによって過去 15 年間のデータの分析を示しています。 2001 15 ショーから連邦人権イニシアティブによって行われるデータの演算処理の結果パンジャブは有罪判決で終わる登録件数 36.58% 判定率のベスト。 試用段階に達する移植のケースでは、有罪の全国平均は、汚職事件の分析の結果、被告人の罰に終って裁判所のドアに到達の約 35% と大幅に向上します。

New Delhi: Among every 100 corruption cases registered by investigation agencies only about 19 ended in conviction of accused, analysis of data for last 15 years by a voluntary group shows. The findings of the data crunching done by Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative from 2001-15 shows Punjab has the best conviction rates with 36.58 percent of registered cases ending in conviction. The national average of conviction in graft cases which reach trial stage improves significantly with about 35 percent of corruption cases reaching court’s door resulting in punishment for the accused, the analysis shows.
